Zurich is an insurance-based financial services provider. Founded in 1872, it has a global network of subsidiaries and offices in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, Latin America, and other markets. It’s 60,000 employees serve customers in more than 170 countries. Responding to a key directive from the CEO, “How can my organization lead the category through marketing excellence?”, we collaborated with them to develop a new strategy and positioning. The journey began with an evolution of the existing Zurich logo culminating in a new global visual system that was applied to all their media communications and advertising world-wide.
